Been doing some thinking....

Yesterday while Jeanie, Michelle and myself were out for birthday breakfast/chick day, I started doing some thinking. Jeanie said that she wants to get her navel pierced and that's what got me thinking. I've thought about it and I've decided that once I lose my belly "flab" I too am going to get my navel pierced. Well at least I hope to....I kind of have a low tolerance for pain and an even lower tolerance for needles.

On to birthday breakfast/chick day stuff! I had soooo much fun. Michelle's birthday was on Sunday. Don't tell her I told you all this but she turned 30. Jeanie's birthday is on Thursday, she'll be 22. Their birthday's are sooo close together that we just made a day of it and celebrated them both yesterday. We started out at Denny's....We're big fan's of Denny's, especially after we got ourselves an extremely AWESOME waitress. I'll put it this way, I got to Denny's at 7:10 yesterday morning and we didn't leave Denny's to run across the street to the mall until 12 pm. We just sat there and talked and talked and talked some more. It was super great! After we talked for a while we decided that maybe we should let Denny's have their table back and went to the mall across the street and wondered around in there for another 2 HOURS! It's official I'm a Bath and Body Works junkie.....I left that store with a little over $20 in tea ligh candle's, considering they were on sale that's one full bag of candle's! We also went to Claire's and I got myself a Tiara, because I am a princess. A Fedora hat, a funky chunk of faux orange hair and a pin that says "I was in a good mood but I escaped it." Over all it was a great day and I think it's going to become a regular thing for us now which is great because with gas the way it has been the three of us really haven't been going much of anywhere besides work and back home again.

Sounds like a fun morning. I love it when time doesn't matter and you don't even notice it when you are with the girls and having fun.
I love me some B&BW!

You go princess! Wear that tiara proud!

As for the piercing, I got mine done a few years back after my weight loss. I must say, it did hurt much more than I had thought. But you can do it!

mmm scented candles. I love scented candles!!

the good thing about piercings -- they are over quickly. I personally dont have many, but my best friend has a ton, and my brother in law is a tattoo artist, so you can imagine how many he used to have. I used to sit in on the procedure a lot, and really...its so fast. Just go somewhere reputable and they will be quick and almost painless

Those mornings are always fun! I went with 3 other friends to get our navels pierced and wowza it did hurt but like bekah said, it's over fast. Mine however always got infected and it seemed like it was always sore and bothering me so I didn't keep it for very long. Yours will be ok though!!

I had my navel pierced and it honestly didn't hurt at all. I didn't believe they'd actually done it until I saw it.
