I didn't win the auction this time but maybe I'll have better luck next time. Going to get my hair cut in at 2. Still going to keep it on the longer side just going to have some of the "scraggly" looking length taken off. Later after my nap....How we did at the fair complete with photo's!

Potential EBay purchase!
I'm in the process of bidding on a Wii Fit on Ebay! I kid you not the starting bid was $9.99 on an item that usually starts at about $80.00 in stores. It still has about 16 hours left on the auction but it would be really awesome if I could win this, plus they have 2 available so I've got my fingers cossed. I've got my Wii but I haven't been playing it very much because I've just been flat out tired from busting my tushy at work all the time.
Ok so I caved and have been play Wii sports most of the morning. I even tried out the Wii Fitness thing on the disc too...my Wii Fitness age is 80!! I must be pretty out of shape if it's that high. ;) Anyway, I really want to thank Train Wreck for suggesting the Activa yogurt. I got some this morning and it's GREAT!
For my Challenge (Chubby Chick's Christmas Challenge) here's my stats for this week:
I started the challenge at 164 pounds, when I "threw" myself on the scale this morning I was down to 161. So I'm down 3 pounds for this week. Leaving me with 7 pounds to go to reach my goal. I started with a goal to lose 10 pounds before christmas...my overall goal is to lose 25 by my 25th birthday in February.
To close this post out I'd like to quote Winston Churchill " Never, Never, Never Quit."

P.S. Have a great Labor Day everybody!

Big game hunter update!
I finally figure out how to get across the fallen log to the other side! So now I've completed Montana in the Spring, Canada in the Fall and now I'm on to Montana in the winter. Right now the Mule Deer are getting me! They are some tough suckers to shoot!
P.S. I even saw my first Grizzly bear in the game...it even attacked my character and I shot that too....Kind of a "kill or be killed" kinda thing going on there.

What I've learned from Cabela's Big Game Hunter....
Well first of all, I’d just like to say that sometimes I’m just easily amused and the little things will keep me happy for a pretty long time. I have a few other Wii games but I’ve played them all so many times that I’m pretty bored with them for right now. So I got Cabela’s Big Game Hunter to get me back in the game. So far I’ve learned that if your not that of a gamer (like me) the whole looking around (surveying the countryside for game) is not going to be the easiest task you’ll come across in this game. If you happen to not check and see exactly what you can hunt while accomplishing your mission and you kill something you should not have, you get what I like to call a “Ha Ha sucks to be you” message and you get to start over. The graphics on this game are really nice…The fox look like fox…The elk look like elk. You get the picture. I’ve also learned that I really need to work on steadying my grip and work on my aim….I killed at least 30 trees yesterday when I was playing…Poor trees.
So in answer to your comment Beth…I think that this game is worth the money. I’m having a ton of fun with it and I’ve only owned it a day (but please also remember I’m easily amused sometimes). Plus sometimes it’s just super fun to kill at least 30 trees while your trying to “whack” your one elk before you go on a quest to find out what the Mule deer in this game look like (I never did see one before I turned it off and went to bed yesterday….Maybe I’ll see one today, who knows?!).
I did see some Mule deer this morning when I was playing…They too look like Mule deer. I’m apparently better at this game than I’m giving myself credit for because I made it to the first save point! I must be better at the whole nunjuck/remote handling thing than I thought?!
P.S. When our internet is not being screwy, I’m going to post some pictures of my girls (our dogs) Laci (who snore really loud and possibly has separation anxiety) and Shawna (She’s 19 years old and still going strong).
Have a great day!
Jamie
